Mission of the 9/11 Truth Action Project

The 9/11 Truth Action Project (9/11 TAP) is a new organization that grew out of the aspirations for grassroots action expressed by several previous 9/11 Truth groups.

9/11 TAP’s mission is to build and mobilize a global grassroots movement to create a groundswell of civic support that achieves transparency and accountability for the crimes of 9/11, justice for its victims, an end to unwarranted wars, and restoration of our civil liberties.

The goal of this new movement is to achieve an independent, comprehensive Congressional investigation, by mobilizing and coordinating the efforts of volunteers across the U.S. and abroad, through local Truth Action Groups coordinated at the state, regional, national and international levels.

The way 9/11 TAP envisions that this will be accomplished is to:

  • Create a groundswell of civic support;
  • Educate the public regarding the events of 9/11, their origins, and their consequences;
  • Promote independent, Truth friendly media;
  • Overcome propaganda, psychological warfare, and intimidation waged against 9/11 transparency and accountability;
  • Support local efforts to achieve a Truth-friendly majority in the U. S. Congress.

Destruction of the Twin Towers:

Written by
When we do outreach about the Twin Towers on 9/11, we frequently encounter people who say, "Of course the Twin Tower pancaked," or "I am not a structural engineer, so I can't make any judgments about what you are saying." For those who do not address the physics, mechanics or forensic evidence relating to the destruction of the Twin Tower, the account of the dozen survivors from inside the North Tower – the so called "Miracle of Ladder 6" – is a very compelling story. It may not change anybody's viewpoint immediately, but it is so convincing that it will lead many…
There has been a surge in media interest regarding the origins of 9/11 because of the release of the report "Committee Study of the Central Intelligence Agency's Detention and Interrogation Program," by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. This report was approved two years ago on December 13, 2012, and only released in the last week. We now have an opportunity to help set the record straight about the events of 9/11 by looking at what it spawned. In the days since the report was released, supporters of "enhanced interrogation techniques" such as Dick Cheney have been engaged in a full court press to insinuate that if we...
With the following words spoken by Elizabeth May representing the Saanich—Gulf Islands "riding" (equivalent to a congressional district), a new chapter was opened in the quest for a public inquiry into the events of 9/11. "Mr. Speaker, I rise to present a petition, from petitioners in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and particularly in the Ottawa area, calling on the Government of Canada to conduct a parliamentary review into the events that occurred in the United States on September 11." For the last several years, numerous Canadians have been actively searching for a Member of Parliament to submit a petition to the Harper...
2014 was the second year the 9/11 Studies and Outreach Club at ASU was able to march in the ASU Homecoming Parade. According to club organizers, everything went according to plan, there were more marchers and the signs used by club members were better than last year's. The 9/11 Studies and Outreach Club marchers had a Rethink 9/11 Banner, an Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Banner plus several "chalk board" signs that were easy to make and helped get the message across.

Music Matters… it’s the Truth !

Written by
There was a time in American history that music played a significant part is raising people's awareness and literally stopping a war. Many of us who were active during the 1960s Vietnamese debacle witnessed the power of music first hand. The tsunami of peace promoting songs and anti-war protest songs by so many outspoken musical artists galvanized a nation of activists who demanded an end to the war. Music has an undeniable effect on educating and inspiring listeners. Providing evidence and promoting critical thinking skills is vitally important and music can augment this process and provide a way to expand the community of 9/11...
For over 15 years, Veterans for Peace Chapter 42 has marched in the Connecticut Veterans Parade. Despite official attempts to prevent the anti-war contingent from participating in the parade following the 2003 Iraq Invasion, the VFP Chapter 42 contingent has become an integral part of the parade. This last Sunday, November 2, was no exception as chapter members, their family, and friends reinforced the meaning of freedom of speech. As always, the parade in Hartford is the weekend before the much bigger parade in New York City. Dave Ionno, Chapter 42 organizer, has been active with Veterans for Peace for many decades. During his...
